Sprat are small fish belonging to the herring family and are a group of forage fish. Smelt or "Tint" (Estonian) (Osmerus eperlanus eperlanus) is a small fish that lives in the lakes of the Baltic Sea basin. Both fish have a favourable symbiosis of protein (58%) and polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega-3 (4.3%). Sprat and Smelt are renowned for their nutritional value as they contain high amounts of polyunsaturated fats, including (EPA) and (DHA), which are considered essential in a cat's diet, promote heart health and improve blood circulation. DLF products are cooked in special ovens and drying regimes that preserve 70%-80% of the beneficial ingredients found in whole fish.

Feeding recommendations:

No more than 10% of the total diet.

Always provide plenty of fresh drinking water!
